On behalf of everyone at perchanceai.art, we appreciate your use of our products! Since we can't personally know each user, we must establish these Terms of Service to ensure smooth operations.

Payments

  1. Some functionalities of the Service may require payment.
  2. You may perform it using a one-time payment. Prices and differences between subscription plans are detailed on our webpage.
  3. Prices for the Service include VAT and all applicable local taxes.
  4. Payments for the Service must be made with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed by a third party which is certified according to PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not access or store payment information.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services at any time with or without notice.
  2. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure. While we will attempt to exempt existing customers from these changes, we may also change prices for existing customers. If so, we will give at least 7 days' notice and will notify you via the email address on record. We may also post a notice about changes on our website.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide these Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although we do not offer service-level agreements for most of our Services, we take the uptime of our applications seriously.
  2. We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers of the Services. We will contact the account owner before taking any action, except in rare cases where excessive use might negatively impact the performance of the Service for other customers.
  3. We implement numerous measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for data transmission from the public Internet.
  4. When you use our Services, you trust us with your data. We take this trust seriously. You agree that perchanceai.art may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.
  5. We use some third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services.

  2. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Services. All materials uploaded remain yours.
  3. The names, look, and feel of the Services are copyright© to the Company. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company. You must request permission to use the Company's logo or any Service logos for promotional purposes. Please email us requests to use logos. We reserve the right to rescind this permission if you violate these Terms of Service.
  4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by the Company.
  5. You must not modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services or the Company.

Features and Bugs

We design our Services with care, based on our experience and customer feedback. However, no service can please everyone. We do not guarantee that our Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

We test all our features extensively before release, but like any software, our Service may have bugs. We track reported bugs and prioritize fixes, especially those related to security or privacy. Not all reported bugs will be fixed, and we do not guarantee a completely error-free Service.
