Create your first image

Use the Image workspace when you want a still image from a text prompt.

Open Studio and choose Image.
Write the subject, style, composition, lighting, and aspect ratio in one clear prompt.
Check the selected model and cost before generating.
When the result finishes, save, download, remix, or open the work page.

Understand generation status

Queued, running, completed, failed, and canceled states tell you where a task is in the pipeline.

Queued means the request is waiting for a model slot.
Running means the model provider is creating the output.
Completed results appear in recent creations and assets.
Failed tasks show user-safe copy; retry with a shorter prompt or another model if needed.

Use Prompt Square, public work pages, and remix actions to turn examples into your own outputs.

Write prompts that are easier to control

Specific prompts work best when they separate subject, scene, style, camera, lighting, and constraints.

Start with the subject and action.
Add scene, material, mood, lighting, camera angle, and output format.
Avoid conflicting style words in the same prompt.
Iterate one or two details at a time instead of rewriting everything.

Remix a public work

Use public examples as a starting point while keeping your final output separate from the original work.

Open a public work or preview.
Choose Remix or Generate from prompt.
Adjust the prompt and settings for your own use case.
Generate the new result and save it to your assets.

Browse prompts

Video generation

Create short motion clips, understand references, and avoid common video prompt problems.

Prompt for motion

Video prompts need subject, camera movement, motion direction, scene, and timing.

Describe the main subject and the action.
Add camera movement such as slow push-in, pan, orbit, or locked shot.
Keep the prompt focused; too many actions can produce unstable motion.
Use image references when you need stronger visual consistency.

Why video may be unavailable

Video depends on model availability, credit balance, queue capacity, and configured product support.

Check that video is available in the navigation.
Confirm you have enough credits for the selected model.
Retry later if the queue or upstream model is temporarily unavailable.
Use Image generation when you only need a still asset.

Assets, downloads, and history

Find generated work, download media, manage favorites, and keep track of recent creations.

Find generated results

Completed generations appear in recent creations, assets, and related work views.

Use Recent for quick access immediately after generation.
Open Assets to filter images, videos, and favorites.
Use the work page when you need a public detail view.
Refresh the page if a just-finished task has not appeared yet.

Download an image or video

Use the download action from the preview or work page when the media is available.

Open the media preview or work detail.
Choose Download.
If the browser opens the file instead, use the visible download action again from the same page.
For missing files, contact support with the work link and approximate generation time.

Explore and public pages

Browse community work, use public tags, follow creators, and understand what is visible to others.

Understand public visibility

Only public works and approved public metadata should appear in Explore and public pages.

Explore shows public inspiration and community works.
Private workspace assets are not public unless the product exposes a public work page for them.
Public pages can be indexed by search engines.
Do not publish sensitive prompts, personal data, or private client material.

Follow creators

Following helps build a personalized feed from creators you care about.

Open a creator profile or public work page.
Choose Follow when signed in.
Use the Following feed to see newer public work from followed creators.
Unfollow from the same creator surfaces when needed.

Billing and credits

Understand plans, credit packs, checkout, subscriptions, and why a generation can consume credits.

How credits work

Credits are used by generation tasks and may vary by model, media type, and settings.

Open Pricing to view current plans and credit packs.
Check the model cost before generating.
Completed generations settle credits after the task result is known.
If a task fails, wait for the task status to finish before checking the final balance.

Checkout and subscription status

Payment pages create checkout sessions; final benefits are delivered after payment confirmation.

Choose a plan or credit pack from Pricing.
Complete checkout on the trusted payment page.
Return to PerchanceAI and wait for the account status to sync.
Contact support if payment succeeded but credits or plan status do not appear after a few minutes.

Account, login, and safety

Keep access stable, understand safe-use boundaries, and know what to do when a request is blocked.

Login state looks wrong

If the product still looks signed out after login, refresh the current page first.

Confirm the login flow completed successfully.
Refresh the page if the sidebar still shows Login.
Try signing out and signing in again if your account details do not load.
Contact support if the problem repeats across browsers.

Safe use of AI generation

Some prompts may be blocked or adjusted to protect people, rights, and platform safety.

Avoid requests for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Do not include private personal data in prompts.
Use your own references or material you are allowed to use.
If a request is blocked, rewrite it with a safer subject and clearer creative intent.

Resolve common loading, generation, payment, and download problems without reading technical errors.

A generation failed

Most failures are temporary provider, queue, prompt, or credit issues.

Retry once with the same settings.
Shorten the prompt if it is very long or contains conflicting instructions.
Try a different model or media type.
If credits look wrong after the task is terminal, contact support with task time and account email.

A page is not loading

Use simple checks before reporting the issue.

Refresh the page.
Check your network connection.
Try a private window or another browser.
Tell support which page failed and what user-facing message appeared.

No. Explore, public work pages, pricing, help, and changelog pages are public. Creating, saving, following, and billing actions require sign-in.

Can I use public prompts directly?

Send your account email, the page or work link, the approximate time, the media type, and the user-facing message you saw.
